OUR POLICIES
AGE POLICY: All clients must be 18 years of age, or older, for any/all tattoo or piercing procedure. No minors, no exceptions, not even with parental consent.

TATTOO POLICY: Our artists will NOT tattoo anyone's face, neck, or hands unless they are already heavily tattooed. Artist's discretion.

DEPOSIT POLICY: A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your tattoo appointment. A 48 hour notice is required to reschedule/cancel your appointment without penalty. Your deposit will be fortified if you give us a notice less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you no call/no show, or it is a second reschedule.

REFUND POLICY: All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on any retail sales and/or services provided. Our shop guarantees the quality of our work. If you have any questions or concerns with anything, please let someone know and we will try to accommodate you the best we can.

PAYMENT POLICY: We accept cash, debit, and credit as payments. There is a 3% service fee for all credit card transactions. We do not accept checks.

TIPPING POLICY: Any and all tips are never expected, but are always greatly appreciated!
